Put podcast engagement to work in Salesforce

Podcast data usually lives in a dashboard your sales team never opens. CoHost's Salesforce integration moves it into your CRM as native records, so revenue and sales teams can see which accounts are listening and act on it.

Listener + firmographic sync

Sync the companies listening into Salesforce

CoHost lands podcast data in Salesforce as three custom objects: Firmographics for the companies listening (company, industry, size, location, website, job role, seniority, revenue), Show Analytics (download and unique listener counts per episode), and Episode Consumption (from both Apple and Spotify). Pick your sync cadence and the records stay current, with no exported CSVs.

Pipeline attribution

Attribute pipeline to podcast engagement

Tie listener and consumption data to the accounts, campaigns, and opportunities already in Salesforce. Connect podcast activity to the deals it influenced, so you can prove the show drives pipeline rather than just downloads.

Built for your workflows

Use podcast engagement in the workflows you already run

Because the data lands as native Salesforce records, it works with the reports, views, and automations your team already builds. Flag when a target account starts listening, route engagement signals to the right rep, or fold podcast data into existing dashboards, all using your own Salesforce setup.

Talk to our team →
01 How does the Salesforce integration work?
CoHost syncs company-level listener data straight into Salesforce, enriching your existing contact and account records with podcast engagement. Your sales team sees which target accounts are listening. No manual exports and no spreadsheets.
02 Which plans include the Salesforce integration?
The Salesforce integration is included on our Premium and Enterprise plans. It is built for teams that need podcast audience and performance data inside their CRM for account-based marketing, attribution, and lead gen. Talk to our team and we will confirm the right tier for your show.
03 What podcast data syncs into Salesforce?
Three sets of data flow into Salesforce as custom objects: 1) Firmographics for the companies listening (company, industry, size, location, website, job role, seniority, revenue); 2) Show Analytics (total download and unique listener counts per episode); and 3) Episode Consumption (from both Apple and Spotify). Together they let your sales and marketing teams act on who is listening and how engaged they are.
04 How often does CoHost sync data to Salesforce?
You choose the cadence. Sync daily, weekly, or monthly, and change it whenever your reporting rhythm changes. The connection runs on schedule, so the data in Salesforce stays current without anyone exporting a CSV.
05 How is the connection to Salesforce secured?
CoHost connects to Salesforce over OAuth2, the standard for secure app-to-app connections, so no passwords are stored and you can revoke access at any time. You authorize the connection, review exactly what data CoHost can access before anything syncs, and can pause or disconnect the integration whenever you need.
06 Where do I set up and manage the integration?
Everything lives on the Connectors page in your CoHost dashboard. You authenticate with Salesforce, review the permissions, pick your sync cadence, and confirm. From the same page you can check connection status, change the cadence, and pause or deactivate the sync.
07 Can I connect CoHost to HubSpot or another CRM?
A HubSpot integration is on the way and mirrors how the Salesforce connection works. You can request early access on the HubSpot integration page. If your team runs on a different CRM, talk to our team about what is on the roadmap.
